Our multi-material blade has been specially designed for melamine, plastic, aluminum and other non-ferrous material. It's laser cut body and C-4 micro-grain carbide teeth make it ideal for virtually any project requiring smooth cuts in melamine, thin-walled aluminum, other non-ferrous metals or plastic. The teeth feature a 5° negative hook to avoid tearing the workpiece and a precise triple-chip grind that allows the blade to cut cleanly in these difficult materials. When cutting aluminum please take special care to be sure the workpiece is secure, controlled and free of vibration. Every sawblade is given our exclusive Nickel Armor coating. This tough and durable Nickel coating extends the life of your blade by preventing rust and eliminating pitch and resin build-up.
